Postage and Delivery

Shipping Information

• Within Australia: Our delivery methods are primarily through Australia Post or other courier services if need be, in which case a signature upon arrival will be required. Therefore, please supply an address where a signature can be obtained. Otherwise the courier service will inform the recipient of a collection office where the parcel will be held. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery.
• International: Our delivery methods are via Air Mail. If no one is present during delivery, local postal guidelines are applicable. All prices are in Australian dollars and incur Australian goods service tax (GST). Our prices do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may encounter.

Payment Options

We accept direct debit options, in which once payment has been received an invoice will be sent to you and your goods will be then dispatched. The credit cards we accept are Visa and MasterCard. All credit card transactions are processed through the security of Paypal.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns: We advise that you choose your purchases carefully as we only accept return items that are deemed faulty upon arrival or items not as ordered. Items must be returned within 3 weeks of the purchase date. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed with all accompanying tags and packaging including reasons of return. All returned items will be examined to determine the cause of fault. If the source of the fault has been determined to have been caused by means on our end then we will gladly credit your original method of payment (including delivery fees). In returning item(s) please include the packaging slip you received your parcel with and an explanation of return. Send faulty item(s) to:

Exchange: We only exchange goods that are either faulty upon arrival, are the wrong size or are not as ordered. Goods returned to be exchanged must be unworn, unwashed with all accompanying tags and packaging including reasons of return. Items must be returned within 3 weeks of the purchase date. Please check our size charts before purchasing an item as redelivery fees will apply for items returned for exchanges due to wrong size ordered. In case the item you are exchanging is sold out please indicate an alternative item with the returned good(s). Please do not reuse our courier bag when returning items for exchange.

Privacy Policy

All personal information given is kept strictly confidential. Personal information used for our business purposes will be kept private except in cases of legal reasons. As a retailer we utilise bank and credit card facilities in which personal information is required will be used to process transactions and for security measures. We will only ask for and use personal information we need to conduct our business. No personal information will not be used in an inappropriate manner.

You will have access to your own information where you can modify and update your personal details. You are not obligated to provide us with your personal details, however this may prevent us from providing particular services you may require.
